2. Information this website collects
If you choose to load and submit the Google-hosted Demo Enquiry Form, it asks for your full name, company, work email address, workforce size, operating regions, modules of interest, and your main requirement or challenge. Please do not include sensitive personal information, employee records, payroll data, or confidential business information in the free-text answer.
Our website hosting and security providers may process basic request and device information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. Confirm the exact information collected and applicable retention period with the providers before publication.
3. How we use information
PeopleArc uses demo enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond to your request, arrange a product discussion, and prepare a relevant product scope or proposal if you ask us to do so. We do not use a demo enquiry as permission to send unrelated marketing; any additional marketing will be handled separately as required by applicable law.

4. Google Forms
The Demo Enquiry Form is hosted by Google Forms and loads only after you choose to load it. When you use the form, Google receives information needed to provide the form service, and your submitted answers are made available to PeopleArc through the form owner’s account or response destination. 5. Who we share information with
We may share enquiry information with Google Forms and service providers that host, secure or support this website, and with professional advisers or authorities where necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights. We do not sell demo enquiry information.
6. International processing
PeopleArc and its service providers may process information in more than one country. Before publication, list the relevant processing locations, confirm applicable transfer safeguards, and describe how a person may obtain more information about those safeguards.
7. How long we keep information
